    CareHR makes your job search effortless by having jobs find you, putting you in the right place at the right time, without knocking on doors or always following up. We provide recruitment services for Atlanta home care agencies, assisted living, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and hospice.

  3. Why should I create a profile video?

    Frustrated not getting past a resume screen? Worried you’re lost in the shuffle? Is there more to your story? While other candidates sink in a sea of paper resumes, adding a profile video gains you valuable attention and face-time from HR, helping you get past the first step and get an in-person interview. Our tips, topics, and sample videos will help you shine.

  4. What should I include in my profile video?

    While it is entirely up to you what to include in your video, we recommend keeping your video under 2 to 3 minutes in length. We suggest you include the following three points:

    1. Introduce yourself

    Question: "Who are you?"
    Answer : "Hi my name is Sue Smith. I'm from New York and have lived in Atlanta for the last three years."

    2. Describe why you became a caregiver

    Question: "Why did you decide to become a caregiver?"
    Answer : "I decided to become a caregiver after taking care of a loved one that was suffering from Alzheimer. I enjoy helping those in need and find caregiving one of the best ways to do I can help others and support my family."

    3. Explain your caregiving experience

    Question: "What experience do you have as a caregiver?"
    Answer : "I have been a caregiver for over three years and have worked for home care agencies, assisted living facilities and directly for clients. I have worked with clients who have Alzheimer, Cancer and other terminal diseases. Most recently, I worked with a client that was Parkinson's that needed 24/7 care. I helped him with ADLs including dressing, bathing…etc."

    General video advice:

    Act like this is a real job interview. Dress professionally. Speak clearly and concisely.

  5. How do I upload my video?

    Email Instructions:
    1. If you have a mobile phone with a camera, record a brief video on your phone.
    2. Email your video to upload@carehr.com.
    3. Video size must be less than 25MB (approximately 1 minute).
    4. We will notify you once we have processed it and attached it to your profile.

    Upload Instructions:
    1. Record a video with either a webcam or camcorder
    2. Login to CareHR and go to your profile page
    3. Click on the Edit Profile Video button
    4. Follow the instructions to select the file to upload

  6. Why should I confirm a reference?

    Recommendations and confirmations help us verify the caregivers employment history.

  7. How should I record my video?

    You can use any recording device to create your video. Some people use webcams, others use camcorders and some will just use their mobile phones. We recommend the highest audio and video you have available to ensure that you are heard clearly

  8. What if I do not have access to video recording device?

    Contact us and we will help find you a solution

  9. I already have a job, should I still join CareHR?

    Even if you are currently working, the perfect career opportunity may become available tomorrow, and your online resume works like an agent that never stops bringing new opportunities to you.

  10. What type of photo should you upload?

    Your photo should be:
    - A solo photo of just you. Either a head or upper body shot. - A professional looking photo. No party pictures please.
